When I first met Sita she was a serious and somewhat sad looking puppy. She had been alternated from prison to foster homes and was uncertain what would happen to her next. This is common with the training of these dogs.
Once she found a home with me she began to change. Now she has flown all over the country, stayed in executive suites (sometimes the hotels upgrade us) and goes everywhere. She has a boyfriend, Max, a black lab who she plays with daily. She is allowed to romp and play and chases and jsut be a dog. Most of all she is loved and petted and knows what to expect from me.
What a better world this would be if every single child and pet would have that kind of love. And in return she has given me her utmost loyalty and made me feel safe. She has comforted me, licked away my tears and been a wonderful companion. Yes - she is a happy dog and I am a thrilled handler!
